We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage our front office starting in August 2021. Duties include answering phones, responding to emails, checking in students, selling merchandise, and answering questions regarding billing and scheduling. The Office Manager should be extremely organized with a professional demeanor and upbeat attitude. The right individual will have experience with customer service, ideally in a dance/fitness environment, and should be comfortable speaking to students and parents regarding classes, fees, and disputes. Candidates should have knowledge of Google products, Zoom, Apple devices, and should be capable of learning DSP - our studio management software.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 4:00-8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
We are in need of an intermediate/advanced Tap Instructor to lead our competitive Tap Team and choreograph solos for competition. The right candidate should have experience teaching tap in a studio environment and choreographing routines for musical theatre. The Tap Instructor should be reliable and consistent, able to attend class on time each week, and adhere to strict choreography deadlines. Pay is commensurate with experience. Schedule is TBD and instructor availability will be factored in.
We are looking to add a Private Voice Instructor to our faculty to take on private lessons for our musical theatre students. This individual should have a strong musical theatre background, ideally with a degree in Theatre or Music. The Private Voice Instructor should have extensive knowledge of classical and musical theatre vocal training, music theory, and methods to teach proper technique. This instructor should be able to lead students through warm-ups, assess vocal issues, and make recommendations on repertoire, specifically musical theatre pieces. Schedule is TBD based on instructor availability.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Acro Instructor to teach several levels of acro classes beginning this fall. The Acro Instructor should have previous experience teaching students ages 5-18 of varying abilities. Safety and correct technique should be a priority! Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their abilities through a video reel or physical demonstration. The right person should have a proven track record of reliability and consistency, a positive and encouraging demeaner, and a team-player attitude! Schedule is TBD.
