Can I buy items in the studio?

We have select sizes of dance shoes and tights in stock. You can purchase shoes in the office from Ms. Kristine or Ms. Carrie.

Do you do shoe fittings?

Yes! Please email us to set up a fitting time.

What is the return policy?

Unworn items may be returned in their original packaging for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the pickup date. Tights cannot be returned. If exchanging shoes that were ordered without a fitting, there will be a $9 shipping fee. Items that have been worn or do not have original packaging cannot be returned.

What is the shipping time?

Items should be available for pickup within 5-7 business days after ordering. You will receive an email when your order is available for pickup. We do not ship items out.

Is there a shipping fee?

Yes. Items ordered online will incur a $9 shipping fee from our supplier.

I'm looking for an item that I don't see on your website.  Can you order it for me?

It's possible! Please let us know what you are looking for and we can check if our supplier carries the item.

What are my payment options?

If paying online, you can use all major credit cards. If paying at the studio, you can use a credit card, cash, check, or charge it to your account.
