Our classes for grades 5-7 take our students' talent to the next level! Students will remain grounded in classical techniques for dance and theatre while learning new and exciting skills! Note: Note: Grade levels are used as suggestions, but students may be placed in different classes at the instructor's discretion.
Our Classes
Ballet III/IV
Students in this class will learn ballet and lyrical dance technique through barre and floor exercises in a structured, but encouraging environment. This technique-exclusive class will offer the opportunity for students to enhance their performance in all classes and routines by providing a foundation of proper body positioning, turnout, spotting, turning, leaping, and ballet vocabulary. Required for Ambition Dance Team. Placement in Ballet II, III/IV, and V will be at instructor's discretion, not limited to grade levels.

Musical Theatre Dance III/IV
Musical Theatre combines a variety of dance styles, including ballet, tap, and jazz. This class will provide a technical foundation for all of these styles to enhance a students’ Broadway dance skills! Students will work on technique exercises and learn routines from popular musicals! This class is essential for any young triple-threats! Highly recommended for the Encore Troupe as a supplementary technique class.

Hip Hop III/IV
This intermediate/advanced level Hip Hop class will strengthen technique and skills in the Hip Hop style of dance through warm-ups, combinations, and more advanced choreography. Students will grow their abilities in both smooth and hard-hitting Hip Hop styles and develop their rhythm, coordination, and attitude! Required for Teen Hip Hop Team.

Pro Kids Advanced Dance
Instructor Approval Needed
This is an invite-only class for our working professional kids! Join us for the session, or drop-in as needed. This class features advanced tap, ballet, and jazz technique for kids who regularly perform in professional theatre. Focused on technique and performance, this class will enhance the dance abilities for any student who wants to further their stage career! This is also a drop-in class. The drop-in rate is $17.00 per class.
