Our classes for grades 2-4 will cater to both beginner and intermediate dancers, building on skills from previous classes or creating a solid foundation of classical technique. Note: Grade levels are used as suggestions, but students may be placed in different classes at the instructor's discretion.
Our Classes
Ballet/Lyrical II
Students in this class will learn ballet and lyrical dance technique through barre and floor exercises in a structured, but encouraging environment. This technique-exclusive class will offer the opportunity for students to enhance their performance in all classes and routines by providing a foundation of proper body positioning, turnout, spotting, turning, leaping, and ballet vocabulary. Required for Rise Dance Team. Placement in Ballet II, III/IV, and V will be at instructor's discretion, not limited to grade levels.

Hip Hop I
In this high-energy, age-appropriate class, students will learn fun beginner hip hop moves through exciting warm ups, combinations, and interactive dance games all to their favorite music! This class is required for Hip Hop Team.

Musical Theatre Dance II
Musical Theatre Dance combines a variety of dance styles, including ballet, tap, and jazz. This class will provide a technical foundation for all of these styles to enhance students’ Broadway dance skills! Students will work on technique exercises and learn routines from popular musicals! This class is essential for any young triple-threats!

Poms Technique
This introductory Poms class focuses on sharp arm movements, execution of choreography, and dance team/cheer skills. Students will learn the fundamentals of Pom positions and enhance their high-energy performance skills!

Monthly Tuition

Beginning Acro, Grades K-4
Students will learn beginning acro skills such as forward and backward rolls, standing rolls, and cartwheels, progressing to backbends and walkovers! The class will be tailored for multiple ages and levels of progression. Acro skills will greatly complement dance technique and add another exciting element to any routine!

Pro Kids Advanced Dance
Instructor Approval Needed
This is an invite-only class for our working professional kids! Join us for the session, or drop-in as needed. This class features advanced tap, ballet, and jazz technique for kids who regularly perform in professional theatre. Focused on technique and performance, this class will enhance the dance abilities for any student who wants to further their stage career! This is also a drop-in class. The drop-in rate is $17.00 per class.
